These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and lbaje ("lbaje", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the lbaje online betting and gaming platform accessible at lbaje.io and all associated services, products, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account on the Platform, accessing any game or betting market, making a deposit, or otherwise using any portion of lbaje's services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

These Terms should be read alongside lbaje's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and lbaje.

Access to the lbaje Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You do not have an existing lbaje account that has been suspended, closed, or self-excluded.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of lbaje or any of its affiliated companies, nor are you an immediate family member or household member of such a person.

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on lbaje. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts for the same individual is prohibited and may result in all accounts being permanently closed and all associated balances being forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. lbaje reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at registration or any subsequent time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method ownership documentation.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

lbaje will never contact you by email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel to request your password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from lbaje that requests your password or full payment card details, treat it as fraudulent and notify us immediately at [email protected].

All activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you. lbaje accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact lbaje support immediately. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.

lbaje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• lbaje has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• The account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• The continued operation of the account would expose lbaje to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

All transactions on the lbaje Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your lbaje account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider, typically within a few seconds for mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad. lbaje does not charge any deposit processing fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing. Once approved, withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. lbaje reserves the right to extend this processing window during periods of high demand or where additional due diligence is required.

lbaje reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or terms violations.

Any funds deposited via a payment method that is subsequently found to be fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised will be immediately frozen. lbaje will cooperate fully with relevant authorities and the payment provider in resolving such cases. Any winnings generated from such deposits are void and will not be paid out.

All sports betting markets, casino games, crash games, and other gaming products offered on the lbaje Platform are subject to their own specific product rules in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule shall take precedence in respect of that product only.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on lbaje:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. lbaje reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit stake amounts at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed, lbaje reserves the right to void affected bets and restore correct balances.
• Voided bets return the original stake to the player's account balance. They do not count toward bonus wagering requirements.
• lbaje's decision on the settlement of all bets and games is final. Disputes must be raised with customer support within 30 days of the relevant event or game outcome.
• All casino games use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). The integrity of game outcomes cannot be altered by lbaje or any player.
• Live casino games are streamed from professional studios operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each live table are governed by the relevant provider and displayed within the game interface.

lbaje offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, ICC tournaments, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all lbaje offers:

• Bonus funds are added to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• A player may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games and markets specified in the promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements.
• lbaje reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a player's account.
• Where lbaje determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit, or exploiting an error in a promotion's terms — lbaje reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the player's account.
• Maximum bet limits apply when a player has an active bonus. Placing bets above the stated maximum will result in the bonus being forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lbaje Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one player account.
• Identity fraud: Registering with false personal information, using another person's identity, or impersonating any individual.
• Money laundering: Using lbaje in any way to launder proceeds of crime or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match fixing: Participating in, or having prior knowledge of, any attempt to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event on which lbaje offers betting markets.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with games on the Platform.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly exploiting a software bug, pricing error, or technical malfunction to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with a payment provider in bad faith while retaining gaming winnings associated with the original transaction.
• Abusive behaviour: Using threatening, offensive, or harassing language toward lbaje staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the lbaje Platform — including but not limited to the lbaje brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, text, data feeds, odds compilations, software, and game content — is the exclusive property of lbaje or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from lbaje.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Platform or any of its components.
• Use the lbaje brand name, logo, or trade marks in any commercial context or in any way that implies an association with or endorsement by lbaje.

Any breach of the above conditions will result in the immediate revocation of your licence to use the Platform and may give rise to legal action.

lbaje collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at lbaje.io/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, lbaje collects personal data including your name, date of birth, address, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the Platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

lbaje applies 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform to protect data in transit. Personal data at rest is stored on secured servers. Access to player data is restricted to authorised lbaje personnel with a legitimate operational need.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lbaje's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any service provided by lbaje shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lbaje shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive — arising from:

• Platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by payment providers, banking systems, or telecommunications failures.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or settlement where the error arose from a third-party data provider and lbaje acted in good faith on the data received.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any tax liabilities that arise for a player in their jurisdiction as a result of winnings received from lbaje.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings, whether or not foreseeable and whether or not lbaje had been advised of their possibility.

Nothing in these Terms limits lbaje's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

lbaje is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and protecting vulnerable players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial income or a means of solving financial difficulties.

lbaje provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to control spending.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and exclude yourself from all lbaje services. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

lbaje may terminate your account and these Terms immediately and without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms or if lbaje is required to do so by law or regulation. Upon termination, any legitimate, verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, less any amounts owed to lbaje.

You may close your account at any time by contacting lbaje support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days. Please note that closing your account does not exempt you from any outstanding obligations to lbaje.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. lbaje operates as an online platform serving the Bangladesh market and takes its compliance obligations in that context seriously.

In the event of any dispute between you and lbaje, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. Our team will endeavour to resolve any complaint promptly, fairly, and transparently. lbaje aims to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, further escalation options may be available depending on your jurisdiction. lbaje will cooperate fully with any legitimate dispute resolution process.
